What excites me most about Chippin’ is the quality of their dog food and treats.
First up, we received Chippin’s Silver Carp Daily Dog Food. You know I am obsessed with reading and understanding nutrition labels. So I was stoked to see the very first ingredient listed is Silver Carp.
That’s right – the first ingredient is REAL fish. Followed by a list of other healthy ingredients like Oats, Pumpkin, Ground Flaxseed, and so much more. This food helps their Eco Paw Print Pledge because Silver Carp is an over-populated fish. This helps restore biodiversity in US waterways as the Silver Carp is sourced directly from USA fishermen.
Now to our favorite part – the Chippin’ Dog Treats!
I am dealing with multiple food allergies between all of my pups. So it was great to see that Chippin’ Silver Carp Jerky is a hypoallergenic dog treat option. Much like their dog food – the first and most important ingredient is Silver Carp. You can check the complete list of ingredients here.
The best part about the treats is that my dogs loved them. When I opened the bag, they smelled fresh, were a great natural color, and can easily be broken in half to suit smaller dogs.
Chippin’ has a great variety of dog treat options. The next time I order, I think we will try their Cricket Jerky (that’s right, they use cricket as a protein!), Super Food, and the Spirulina Dailies.
My overall Chippin Review
I am super impressed with the ingredient list on all of the products we received. I love seeing real meat as the first ingredient, followed by healthy ingredients like oats, sweet potato, etc.
It’s safe to say that Chippin‘ will be a brand that I will continuously stock in my cupboard.
