I have been so busy. I recently passed my medical coding exam and am officially a certified medical coder! I’ve been working on this since June of 2021, and it feels good to have the official certification and get some of my free time back.

Luna, Okja, and I all have March birthdays, and for the first time, we had a combined birthday! In the past, I made them their pupcakes on their birthday weekends, but there wasn’t time for them this year.

I tried to make the best of our combined birthday celebration with this No-Bake Mixed Berry Pupcake Recipe.

This no-bake mixed berry pupcake recipe has been in the works for quite some time. There’s nothing I love more than a wholesome treat that doesn’t require me to turn on the oven.

All of the ingredients in this pupcake are simple and wholesome.

  • Blueberries/Strawberries/Raspberries: These berries have beneficial properties, including antioxidants, fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, manganese, anti-aging properties, low calorie, etc. [Always introduce new fruits to your dog slowly to help prevent any stomach upset.]
  • Oats: Oats are an excellent wheat alternative for dogs sensitive to wheat. Oats are healthy carbohydrates containing Vitamin B, Copper, Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron.
  • Peanut Butter (single-ingredient): Source of protein, healthy fats, Vitamin B, and Vitamin E. [Single ingredient peanut butter is best, but always make sure the peanut butter you’re serving your pup does NOT contain Xylitol.]
  • Coconut Oil: Aid digestion, can promote skin health, help bad breath, fights harmful bacteria.
  • Honey (optional – do not give honey to dogs under one year of age): Antioxidant, Vitamins A, C, and E, immunity booster.

Other than the ingredients I mentioned, I suggest using silicone cupcake liners. Of course, you can use paper cupcake liners, but the silicone is reusable and make it easier to form the pupcake.
